Truck Team Member (Full-Time) — $19–$30/hr

Location: Cincinnati, OH
Schedule: 4-Day Work Week (must be able to work at least one weekend day)

What the Work Looks Like

No two days are the same. You will:

• Ride with a teammate in one of our clean, professional trucks
• Visit homes & businesses around Dayton
• Lift, remove, and haul items with care and efficiency
• Provide great service & friendly communication
• Get hands-on training in estimating, customer service, routing, etc.
  
   

You’ll stay active, think on your feet, and get to see the immediate impact of your work every day.

All-In Pay: $19 – $30/hour
Includes:

• Daily performance bonuses (top performers can add $150–$200/week)

• 23+ years old (for insurance purposes)
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• Able to repeatedly lift 75+ lbs
• Communicates well & works well in a team environment
• Motivated to improve, learn, and grow
